2 Ball Ambrose - Both players tee off and take the best ball. This continues until the ball in holed out.

2 Ball Texas Scramble - Both players tee off. Players then select the best drive and play their own ball until holed out.

• Pack Smart for the Weather: Queenstown in November can be cool in mornings and evenings (10–18°C) with sun in the afternoons. Bring layers, waterproofs, and a sun hat.

• Golf Gear Prep: Bring your own clubs if possible. If flying, use a quality golf travel bag and check airline policies on club transport.

• Comfortable Golf Shoes: Courses have hilly terrain (especially Jack’s Point), so shoes with good traction are essential.

• Hydration & Snacks: Even though lunches are provided, carry water and light snacks for long rounds and chilly mornings.

• Sun Protection: UV can be strong at altitude. Sunglasses, sunscreen, and lip balm are must-haves.

• Travel Insurance: Ensure your policy covers golf equipment, travel delays, and medical emergencies.

• Pace Yourself: Some courses, like Millbrook, are challenging. Take time to enjoy the scenery and prevent fatigue over 18 holes.

• Local Currency & Cards: NZD is used for optional purchases, tips, or local experiences. Most cards are accepted, but a small cash amount is handy.

• Altitude Adjustment: Queenstown is at ~310m, so don’t be surprised if balls carry a little further. Adjust club selection accordingly.

• Explore Responsibly: Between rounds, enjoy Queenstown and Arrowtown, but keep golf attire and etiquette in mind if visiting local shops or restaurants.
